how the 4 weeks run

  1. pick the buyer and the problema one-page plan: who it's for, what it fixes, where they are, one number to track. ten people to contact.
  2. build the thinnest versiona working first version built with AI, shown to 3 real people.
  3. reach real users30 personal messages sent, replies logged, first users onboarded.
  4. decide and showkeep, change or kill, with evidence. then demo day.

small cohort, live online, 2 sessions a week, a daily check-in on WhatsApp. every week ends with a 5-line reflection: what you guessed, what happened, what you learned, what you do next.

no. we build with AI tools. but this isn't a course that teaches coding from zero.
